
You can also reach Bornholm by plane, which is the fastest and most convenient way to travel to the island. Regular flights from Copenhagen to Rønne are operated by DAT (Danish Air Transport), and the flight takes about 35 minutes. During the summer season, there are also connections from other Danish cities such as Billund and Aalborg, as well as occasional charter flights from selected European airports. Bornholm Airport (RNN) is located just a few kilometres from Rønne, from where it is easy to reach other towns on the island.
