Sandkås is located in the northern part of Bornholm, between the towns of Tejn and Allinge.

The beach is surrounded by cliffs and rocks, giving the area a charming and varied landscape.

It’s one of the few sandy beaches on the northeastern part of Bornholm (most of the coastline here is rocky and cliffy).

There is a parking area near the beach, as well as a bar that operates during the summer months.

Public restrooms are available.

There are adapted water access points (piers, steps).

Coastal path to Allinge. From Sandkås, you can walk along the shoreline to Allinge — enjoy beautiful views, rocks, the sea, and lots of nature.

Tejn-Sandkås. A small fishing village nearby with shops, cafés, and a local brewery (e.g., Penyllan Brewery). A pleasant place for a peaceful stroll or a short break.

Allinge Harbour. A charming harbor area — swimming spot, boats, and atmospheric waterfront restaurants and cafés.

Allinge Røgeri (fish smokehouse in Allinge). Try local specialties and freshly smoked fish, and enjoy a relaxing evening — the place often features live music during the season.
